Bill Lee (1942 - 2021)

Bill had an illustrious career in Commercial Real Estate that spanned nearly four decades. In 1979, he founded Lee & Associates, a commercial real estate company with a dynamic new business model. The company was, and continues to be, owned equally by its transaction shareholders, a concept that created a sense of shared responsibility and cooperation throughout the organization. Today, Lee & Associates is the fourth largest real estate sales organization in the country, with 54 offices, over 900 brokers and 450 equal owners. Bill oversaw much of this tremendous growth before retiring in 2008 to pursue his hobbies of surfing, gardening, owning a bed and breakfast, and spending time with family and friends. He is greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Charlie Dunlap

Since 1972 Charlie has owned, constructed, and/or managed over 13 million square feet of real property assets valued at more than $2 billion. Later he provided real estate consulting to the financial industry on another $2.4 billion in loans and eventually became a direct real estate lender funding $1.25 billion in loans to date.

Curt G. Johnson

Curt is a real estate investor, but before that, he was instrumental in establishing the National Commercial Services Division at First American Title Insurance Company, and served as President and Vice Chairman of the company. He was a CRE broker prior to his career with First American.

Danielle Feroleto

Danielle is the President and CEO of Small Giants, a full-service marketing agency in Scottsdale, Arizona. Danielle has dedicated the last 25 years of her career to growing companies in the commercial real estate and construction industry through marketing. She is recognized for her strategic approach, strong networking practices, creative marketing strategies, and practical training skills. Danielle is heavily involved in many industry organizations and was recently appointed to the ASU Alumni Board of Directors. She is an industry mentor and coaches the next generation of industry leaders through her work as an adjunct professor at ASU and at Small Giants.

Dean Bloxom

The capstone of Dean’s 43-year-career was the founding of imortgage with his business partner Jay Johnson. Together, they built the company to 2,500 employees and several billion dollars a year in mortgage volume. Part of their success was maintaining a family atmosphere no matter how quickly they grew or how big the company became. Today he spends his time in several business ventures and with his growing family. According to Dean, “Grandkids make everything worth it!”

Stephen McConnell

Stephen has owned and operated Solano Ventures, an AZ-based Private Equity firm for the last 30 years.  He holds ownership positions in over 50 companies and still manages to stay fit and focused on his health—which is a priority in his life. Another priority is his relationships. Stephen lives in Scottsdale today with Cathy, his wife of 38 years and has two grown children, Chris and Courtney

Maria Luna

Maria is a serial entrepreneur, who sold her previous company and became the co-founder, and CEO of FAMIGO, a platform that lets content creators make money from their work. She holds an MBA from McCombs Business School and was in marketing for Fortune 500 companies including Abbvie, BMS, Mayo Clinic, and Nabisco. She also is well versed in international business development and speaks several languages fluently. When she is not creating high-value companies, Maria volunteers for minority entrepreneurship programs, animal rescue causes, and enjoys painting and writing.

Fred co-founded JDA Software, Inc. (now Blue Yonder) in 1985 and served as President and Co-CEO for various periods of time through 2000. Blue Yonder is Arizona’s largest software company with over 5,000 employees and revenues in excess of $1 billion. The company is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, and operates in over 70 locations around the globe. Blue Yonder was acquired by Panasonic in September 2021 at a valuation of $8.5 billion.

As the industry’s leading trainer, coach, and consultant, few people affect the day-to-day sale, lease and management of the commercial real estate industry as does Mike. e Insurance Company, and served as President and Vice Chairman of the company subsequent to working with NCS.
